Its characteristics

Pico Germain is a true goat milk cheese from a famous French terroir, the Périgord region. Its slightly downy rind hides a center that evolves as it matures. When young, it has a chalky yet tender core. Each bite gently breaks into soft, flavorful morsels that coat the palate with a delicate creaminess. As it ages, it develops a gooey layer just beneath the rind, striking a perfect balance between its subtle goaty, nutty, and woody notes and its creamy texture.
