Toast with Langres cheese and smoked ham

Ingredients

  • 60gr of Germain Langres
  • 4 slices of smoked ham
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 long red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 leek white
  • 4 cherries
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation

    Chop the parsley and add it to the heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.

    Arrange the cream on the toast.
  • 3
    Add the slices of peppers, the ham and the pieces of Langres.
  • 4
    Put the toasted breads under the grill of your oven, to melt the cheese slightly.
  • 5
    Garnish with cherries and chopped leek white.

Trick

You can vary the flavors by using other vegetables or fruits. Excellent as an aperitif.
