Val de Loire Tradition

A land steeped in history with many heritage sites, in days gone by appreciated by the Kings of France, the Loire Valley is known and renowned for its wonderful Renaissance chateaux, charming villages and, in addition, its gastronomy and wine specialities. It is in the heart of this region’s vineyards that the Germain Crottin de Chèvre goat’s cheese is matured.

Champagne Tradition

Located in the north-east of France, not far from Belgium and Luxembourg, the heritage of the Champagne region lies in a wealth of architectural and religious symbolism, as well as its gastronomy. The emblem of this region is none other than the much-vaunted sparkling wine: Champagne. Although its winegrowing areas are recognised throughout the world, its culinary heritage is also renowned.
