- ½ pot tapenade spread
- A dozen shelled whole walnuts
Cut the Germain AOP Chaource cheese into 3 slices lengthwise
Spread with the tapenade and nuts between each piece.
Reform the Germain Chaource AOP cheese
To make it easier to slice, it is preferable to use a fresh Germain AOP Chaource cheese. To increase the intensity of the flavour you can allow it to mature with the filling for 1 to 2 days.
