Creamy ribbon pasta with mushrooms and Langres cheese

  • 400g ribbon pasta
  • 20cl full-fat liquid cream
  • 600g button mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 80g Germain Langres cheese
  • A few sprigs of flat parsley
  • 1 tbs olive oil

    Peel and slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the red onion.

    In a large pan, sauté the onions in a little olive oil. Then add the mushrooms and cook for around 10 minutes.

    Cook the pasta.

    Once the pasta is cooked, add the liquid cream, half the Langres cheese and the parsley and allow to cook for a few minutes. Then add the pasta, stir once again then serve, adding the remaining Langres cheese on the top.
